Ian Best is a psychotherapist, author, musician and founder of Virtuoso Mind™.
His work is direct, deeply human and grounded in more than two decades of clinical practice. Patients often describe appointments as being like talking to an old friend. That ease is not the absence of rigour; it is what allows honest work to begin.
As a musician, Ian has performed internationally, become the first UK songwriter to enter the US Singing News Inspirational Songs Top 40, and shared an unforgettable four-minute improvisation with Chick Corea at the Barbican.
